Best in the World Award – Outstanding Cambridge Learner for IGCSE English (As an Additional Language)
I’m delighted to announce a remarkable accomplishment within our student body that reflects the dedication to excellence and the supportive learning environment we foster. One of our pupils has just received an award for the highest mark in the world in the June 2023 Cambridge Examinations for IGCSE English as an Additional Language. We are committed to providing a nurturing environment that caters to the diverse needs of our international students. This success is a testament to the effectiveness of our EAL support, which ensures that every student can thrive academically and linguistically. Full details on this story will follow soon.
Dive into three captivating episodes from the College! Meet Dr Jon Williams, our new Director of Music; explore the world of hockey with Maltese hockey pro Tom Degiovanni, our Director of Hockey and Elite Performance; and hear the inspiring story of Mali, one our current pupils in Year 10 who has just been named in the Wales U18 hockey squad.
