In this episode, we speak to Alastair Brogdon, former Olympian and the current Elite Performance Director at St Lawrence College. We also have four St Lawrence College students with him: Tom, Ellen, Chloe and Ollie. We hear about Alastair’s own sporting background, his role at the school, the importance of mentoring and ‘off the pitch’ support and we hear how the skills and lessons learnt on the field can be applied to everyday lives.
