This is a self-contained facility, which can be hired for sole or multi use. The Grange contains mixed accommodation. There are 3 classrooms, a library with internet access, an office, a TV lounge and a dining area. Capacity = 56 beds.

All bedrooms have communal bathrooms on each floor. The bedrooms are well-furnished with ample drawer space, desks and wardrobes. All rooms are supplied with bedding and towels for both swimming and bathing.

Bellerby House opened in September 2012. The house sits in the heart of the school grounds. The accommodation is split over three floors and offers a wide range of modern en-suite, single, double and quadruple rooms. Capacity = 62 beds.

Kirby House is a stunning piece of modern architecture situated between the two traditional parts of the school. Opened in 2007, during term time it provides accommodation for Junior boarders, as well as classrooms and an interactive library. Capacity = 60 beds.

Lodge and Tower are the two senior boys’ boarding houses. They are situated at the heart of the main school building, with great views over the school grounds – you can even see the sea!

Recently refurbished, both houses have similar facilities and can be hired either together or separately. Total capacity = 120 beds.

Opened in September 2012, Taylor Hall is an impressive, spacious theatre with a maximum capacity of 500 seats. This versatile facility can offer different stage and seating layouts.

The theatre includes state-of-the art audio and stage lighting, with an experienced theatre technician on hand to assist, ensuring professional productions.
This venue can also be used for dinners, exhibitions, dances, etc with a maximum capacity of 300 guests.

St Lawrence College Chapel is set in the heart of the College and seats 300.
We do hold weddings in the Chapel, although this option is currently only available for Old Lawrentians, as a Special Licence outlining strong links to the school has to be granted by the Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Wedding couples are, however, welcome to have photographs taken in the Chapel or, for those couples who are already married, a Blessing Service can be taken in the Chapel if you have booked the College for your Reception.

With its imposing height, large floor space and beautiful windows, the Dining Hall offers a memorable venue for dinners, exhibitions and dances, with a maximum capacity of approximately 180 guests.

We can accommodate a range of events, including Wedding Receptions, Christmas parties, dinners and formal receptions.

Our heated indoor pool is suitable for both beginners and advanced swimmers. The 20m pool is maintained at a constant 29°C and has well-equipped changing rooms.

The traditional school libraries can be used as meeting rooms and to accommodate business functions. These facilities also contain computer rooms.

Roberts Hall is located away from the main campus in the grounds of the Junior School. This spacious room also contains a stage and is suitable for a range of events including music and drama productions, club presentation evenings and birthday celebrations. Maximum capacity (depending upon event) of 200.

St Lawrence College sports ground offers a large number of high-quality grass pitches available for hire throughout the year.

Ideal for tournaments of all kinds including Football, Cricket, Rugby, Softball and even Ultimate Frisbee!

The site has a full-sized sand-dressed Astroturf pitch. It is fully floodlit and is ideal for Football, Hockey and Tennis all year round. These pitches provide up to 9 floodlit 6-a-side pitches.

An outdoor sports facility available whatever the weather, ideal for Football, Tennis, Netball and Hockey all year round, with or without floodlights.
