Year 6 Trip to Betteshanger Country Park
Year 6 Trip to Betteshanger Country Park

The Year 6 POLE (Pupils' Outdoor Learning Experiences) afternoon on 9 October involved jumping in a minibus to nearby Betteshanger Country Park.

Once there, the children enjoyed an afternoon of obstacle challenges, working on team-building as they raced around the specialist assault course; there was a wonderful spirit of camaraderie. The pupils encouraged one another to attempt tough obstacles and complete each one within a good time.

It was a gloriously sunny day, which matched the disposition of all the children who took part. A special mention to Max and Mairead who scaled the large, green Ninja Warrior-style wall in true superhero fashion!
