On Saturday 8th January, St Lawrence College hosted a Junior Cricket Development event. Families from St Lawrence College and the local community were invited to join Head of Cricket, Seth Simmons, for an informative talk with refreshments in the morning, followed by a training session in the Sports Centre.
Mr Simmons commented, “It was fantastic to be able to share with parents the many various cricket programmes that we run at St Lawrence College. It is important for parents to understand where their child is on our cricket pathway, where they want to get to and what it looks like to get there. This is one of many reasons why we are nationally recognised as being in the top 100 schools in the country for cricket”.
