We are very pleased to present our College’s Strategic Development Plan 2021 – 2024.
The Plan was constructed through a consultative process with all staff throughout the College and sets out our aims for the next three years. It is designed to be a living document and so there will inevitably be some changes as we develop and progress, but I hope that it gives you an insight into our direction of travel and our aim to be ‘a first-choice school in Kent with a national and international reputation for excellence’.
