On the warm Summer’s evening of Friday 3rd May, our cozy St Lawrence College Coffee Shop morphed into a vibrant stage for an Open Mic Night. The event, orchestrated by our Director of Music, Dr Jon Williams, drew an enthusiastic crowd comprising students and staff.
The atmosphere crackled with excitement as performers took to the impromptu stage, showcasing an array of talents from violin solos, a guitar duo, groups and solo singers. Each act brought a unique flavour to the evening and was enjoyed by all. As the final notes faded into the night, applause echoed through the Coffee Shop. Many thanks go to Patrick O’Callaghan for setting up the space, to Dr Jon Williams for his organisation, to all the talented performers and the enthusiastic audience.
