The past three weeks have been amazing yet again. In February we celebrated the birthdays of Sujal, Aayan, and Samuel. During our first weekend, the boarders were treated to a tour of the Bell Tower at Quex Park, an historical monument near the school. Near the end of the tour, all boarders were given an opportunity to ring the bell, and the day concluded by relaxing in the animal farm park area on the jumping cushion and ziplining. This past weekend, leading into Shrove Tuesday (Pancake Day), our boarders got the opportunity to make some pancakes and enjoy their spoils. During this time, they also learned about the meaning and significance of the day and how pancakes have been used as a food source for over 1,000 years.
