Today is International Women’s Day. It is a worldwide event and there are events in most town and cities throughout the world.

The day celebrates the achievements of women around the globe and has been held on 8th March every year for over a century now!

Every year has a different theme and this year’s International Women’s Day (IWD) theme is #BreakTheBias.

Today we are celebrating the brilliant women that make St Lawrence College the unique and successful community it is.

Not limited to the school campus, the St Lawrence College community is truly global and so today we recognise women all around the world.
