Nursery Fees & Funding
At St Lawrence College Nursery we believe high-quality early years education should be affordable and accessible. Our fees are straightforward, and we proudly accept the government’s 15 & 30 hours of funded childcare (KCC vouchers) for eligible 3–4 year olds. Our Admissions Team will be happy to guide you through how funding can be applied to your chosen pattern of sessions.

15 Hours Funded Childcare (KCC)
We are pleased to support families by accepting the government’s 15 & 30 hours funded childcare for eligible three- and four-year-olds. These hours can usually be allocated across mornings or afternoons, and many families choose to combine them with full-day sessions, paying only for the additional hours, meals or Wrap-Around provision.
Registration, Deposit and Payment
To secure a nursery place, we ask families to complete a simple registration process. A £120 registration fee is payable at this stage, which is refunded within six weeks if your child is accessing a fully funded KCC place. In addition, a £250 deposit is held, which is refunded once your child leaves the Nursery or if you are only using funded hours.
Nursery fees are invoiced termly and must be settled before the start of each term. Should you decide to withdraw your child, a full term’s written notice is required. Please note that Personal Accident Insurance is obligatory for all fee-paying pupils.
Specific details of the above and many other issues are given in the Terms and Conditions which are sent out with the Acceptance Form once a child is registered.
