3: Every pupil is valued as an individual
As seen through the eyes of a child ...
We view our daily worship through the eyes of a child. Morning assemblies create an atmosphere of mutual trust - based on forgiveness, kindness and consideration for others. Our Junior School choir, Christian staff and annual mission week support and uphold the Chaplain's sterling work.
A strong faith means a stronger future
The pressures faced by even young children to succeed these days are immense. At the Junior School we are looking to create individuals that will withstand and outstrip any demands put upon them, now and in the future.
Caring and guiding
Our pastoral care is based around the concept of mutual responsibility and trust. Our large network of care workers, ranging from the teaching staff to our housemother, are dedicated to maintaining the environment of care and affection that permeates the Junior School community. Interaction, the ability to tell right from wrong and the development of sound values are underpinned by our 'whole school' approach to pastoral care.
