SLC Contemporary Choir make sweet music

We may still be in lockdown, but that has not silenced the sweet voices of the SLC Contemporary Choir. Working together in virtual lessons under the tutelage of our singing teacher, Miss Grimsdale, the choir is a wonderful combination of pupils from across the whole College - Junior School, Kirby and Senior School. Their hard work paid off with this beautiful version of 'Use Somebody'.

Well done to those that took part:

Back in March, before the school went into lockdown, SLC pupils participated in an exciting week of Science and Technology. From an inspiring talk led by BBC TV/Radio Presenter and science journalist, Greg Foot, to homemade hover crafts and discussions about diversity, pupils had to work collaboratively to design detailed research projects to showcase at the fair. Meanwhile, the Junior School pupils got to work creating their very own futuristic designs to showcase in assembly.
