London Conservatoires Audition Success

We are delighted by the news that two St Lawrence College pupils have been successful in their recent auditions for places at London Conservatoires.

Freya Rhodes (Second Form) has been invited to study Harp under Daphne Boden at the Royal College of Music, working towards becoming a member of the Royal College of Music Junior Orchestra.

Isabelle Draper (Fourth Form) has been awarded a Trumpet Scholarship to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.  We are told that this is the first Junior Scholarship awarded to a trumpeter for well over a decade!
