Duke of Edinburgh Award Expeditions in Scotland

Around 30 students this year spent part of their Easter holidays up in Scotland. As well as both Gold and Silver expedition groups, others were also using the rigors of a wintry Perthshire to train for the School's Bolivia expedition in July 2008. Conditions were certainly tough, with snow and freezing temperatures. But it's proved a tremendous experience for all those taking part, not least some of our international students for whom such weather is a novelty.
